The Pioneers put up runs in every inning as they cruised to the road victory over the Bayhawks. Senior third baseman Gracie Rutgers led the Nooksack Valley offensive attack with two doubles, two singles, four runs batted in and four runs scored. Maleah Loreen also hit two doubles, and Kestyn Wagter drove in four runs. Grace DeHoog and Mallory Mason each scored three runs, while Payton Bartl scored four runs and struck out seven of the nine batters she faced. Bellingham’s lone hit was a double to lead off the bottom of the first inning by Ada Bowen.
