Fourteen different players reach base for the Lyncs as they evened their record up at 4-4 with the road win. The big offensive firepower came from shortstop Kortnee Tolsma and first baseman Taylor Craig who each drove in four runs. Lynden Christian totaled 19 hits and 10 walks. Junior Roxanne Lenning picked up her fourth win of the season in the circle while Kensley VanSoest and Taya Vander Kooi combined to pitch four innings of shutout softball in relief.

The Wildcats led 6-2 going into the bottom of the fifth inning, but the Pioneers erupted for seven runs in the inning, which was highlighted by 2-run singles from Elli McKissick and Ella Gundermann. McKissick finished with a game-high four runs batted in on three hits. Senior third baseman Gracie Rutgers went 4-for-4 at the plate with a double and two runs scored. Senior Payton Bartl pitched the first two innings, and then re-entered the game at pitcher in the fifth inning and closed it out to get her fourth win of the season. She also struck out eight batters over her five total innings pitched.

The Blaine bats remained red-hot, or maybe Borderite-orange hot, as they slugged their way to another win at home. Senior Mesa Puls hit her third homerun of the season, drove in five runs and also picked up the win in the circle as she struck out three batters in the complete game victory. Aaliyah Broyan doubled, had two singles and three stolen bases while she, Courtney Roff, Kate Koreski and Aaliyah Bowman all scored three runs each.
