Squalicum 2, Sehome 2

In a battle between the two top teams in the conference, the Mariners got off to a fast start when Micah Powell scored five minutes into the game. It was answered by the Storm when Rylan Jenkins headed in a goal. Squalicum was able to take the lead a few minutes later as Crew Johnson scored with some nifty moves, and the Storm carried the lead for most of the game until Jack Cooper tied it up halfway through the second half.

 

Lynden 3, Oak Harbor 0

The Lions blanked the Wildcats at home as Sam Arango scored on an assist from Malachi Koenen, and Koenen followed it up with a goal of his own, which was assisted by Branden Gonzalez. The final goal came when Hale Van Dyk assisted Santi Reyes.

 

Bellingham 2, Blaine 0

The Bayhawks got on the board early with a goal from Finley Milsten, and the score remained 1-0 for the majority of the contest. Nathaniel Wilson then scored late in the second half to help put the game away on the road.

 

Meridian 3, Anacortes 0

The Trojans picked up the big road win as senior Skyler Rowe scored a pair of goals, and Adrian Meza also scored a goal. Dakota Ng assisted on two of the goals.

 

Nooksack Valley 6, Sedro-Woolley 6

With the score tied 3-3 at the half, the Cubs picked up an early goal in the second half to make it 4-3, before the Pioneers answered back to tie it up again. Nooksack Valley then scored two quick goals to grab the lead, but a red card to one of its players forced the Pioneers to play shorthanded over the final 20 minutes. Sedro-Woolley was able to capitalize on it and score twice more to finish the game with a tie. Freshman Isaac Redd had six saves in goal as he started for Arturo Rebollar who was out after getting four wisdom teeth pulled. Chris Moncada-Castillo scored two goals, while Nooksack Valley also received goals from Adrian Chavez, Gio Benitez, Hector Cruz-Antonio and Pablo Godinez-Garcia.

 

Lynden Christian 1, Burlington-Edison 1

The Lyncs tied the Tigers on the road as Jackson Yun scored on a goal that was assisted by Noah Ahlers. Goalkeeper Gavin VanLoo finished with 11 saves.

 

Lakewood 2, Ferndale 0

The usually high-scoring Golden Eagles were grounded on the road, as the Cougars picked up the shutout victory.
