The Borderites found themselves down 2-0 after two innings, but then they found their groove offensively as they went off for 14 runs over the next three innings before taking the win. Blaine patiently waited out 14 walks, and sophomore centerfielder George Streeter smacked three hits and scored three runs. Junior southpaw Josh Cochran struck out seven batters over three innings, and junior Aaron Garza came on in relief to pitch the final four innings where he struck out nine batters.

It was all Pioneers on the road as they jumped out to a 3-run lead in the first inning, and continued to add on after that. Senior pitcher Evan Brown faced 10 batters and struck seven of them out over the first three innings to pick up his first win of the season. Matthew Blake then pitched a scoreless two innings, and Ethan Lind struck out three batters in the final inning. Senior Landen Stauffer led Nooksack Valley offensively with a pair of doubles. Brown scored twice and senior Crew Bauman knocked in three runs.

The Mariners dropped their first game of the season, and were down 7-0 after two innings. They were able to regroup in the fourth inning to make it a three-run game, but the Rapid offense poured on three more runs in the bottom of the inning. Gunnar Tweit led Sehome with three hits, and Travis Mead struck out four batters in four innings of relief on the mound.

The Lions took a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the second inning when a single off the bat of Noah Navarrete scored Conner LeBel, but the Trojans were able to rip off four runs in the final two innings to complete the comeback and get the victory. Gordy Bedlington and Spencer Adams each had a pair of hits for Lynden, and LeBel scored twice. Bedlington also struck out seven batters in his three innings of relief on the mound.
