  • Lynden Christian 69, Sehome 44

The Mariners held a two-point lead after one quarter of play, but the Lyncs outscored Sehome 25-10 in the second quarter.

Lynden Christian continued to outplay the Mariners throughout the second half and ultimately got the road win.

As usual, the scoring was spread out for the Lyncs, with senior guard Dawson Bouma leading the way with 16 points.

Freshman guard Dawson Hintz came off the bench to score 15 points, while junior guard Gannon Dykstra rattled home 14 points and senior forward Jeremiah Wright finished with 12 points.

Sehome was led by senior forward Austin McKay who had a game-high 18 points, and sophomore guard Nolan Wright who tallied 12 points, five rebounds and four assists.

  • Squalicum 47, Lakewood 46

The Storm held a 28-17 lead at the half, but Cougars caught fire in the second half, and made it one heck of a game.

Lakewood finished with a barrage of three-point shots while Squalicum made just enough free throws to capture the home win.

Junior guard Marcus Nixon led his team with 20 points, nine steals and seven rebounds.

Junior forward Jaxon Hofer and freshman guard Hunter Calloway finished with eight points each.

  • Mount Vernon 81, Nooksack Valley 56

The Pioneers hung with the Bulldogs in the first quarter, but Mount Vernon doubled up Nooksack Valley 26-13 in the second quarter to extend its lead at halftime, 43-28.

Junior point guard Caden Heutink led his team with 17 points, and junior forward Tristan Kamphouse finished with 10 points (eight of which came in the first quarter).
