Squalicum 8, Nooksack Valley 0

The Storm remained unbeaten on the season as they were led by the pair of goals from both Maddox Strickland and Cody McCaulley. Squalicum also received goals from Nico Jurado-Reyes, Isaac Grimes, Drew Swanson and Crew Johnson.

 

Lynden Christian 2, Anacortes 1

The Lyncs continued their hot streak as they got past the Seahawks on the road as Isaac Scott connected on a penalty kick, and then assisted Jackson Yun on the second Lynden Christian goal. Gavin VanLoo finished with eight saves.

 

Ferndale 3, Burlington-Edison 1

The Golden Eagles looked sharp at home against the Tigers as they received goals from Emilio Pinto-Gonzalez, Andrey Savenko and Ahanu Fasani. Senior Evan Saxman assisted on two of the Ferndale goals.

 

Meridian 2, Blaine 0

Senior midfielder Eli Hays scored from close range to give the Trojans an early 1-0 lead, and senior Skyler Rowe booted a beautiful shot to the back right corner of the net in the second half, and Meridian was able to hold on for the win on the road.

 

Sehome 2, Mount Vernon 2

It was back-and-forth all game between two Northwest Conference powers, and the Mariners struck first when Mason Ivcevic’s free kick sailed in perfectly. The Bulldogs made it a 1-1 game at the half, but a side-winding corner kick my Ivcevic curved into the net which gave Sehome a 2-1 lead with six minutes remaining. However, Mount Vernon was awarded a penalty kick in the final minute of the game and converted to tie it up.

 

Bellingham 2, Oak Harbor 2

The Bayhawks played the 3A Wildcats even as goals were scored by Qais Tucker and Alejandro Pringle.
