The Storm went on the road Monday night, and came back with a win in straight sets, 25-22, 25-18 and 25-19.
Senior outside hitter Penelope Durias led the offensive attack with 10 kills, and senior setter Alyssa Roselli finished with 19 assists as she set up six different players to receive multiple kills on the evening.
Senior Bronwyn Jones led with eight digs, and she was closely followed by freshman Lola Froese who had seven, and Roselli who finished with six.
Jones and Froese each also had three aces a piece, and sophomore Avery Kettman had 1.5 blocks.
OAK HARBOR 3, NOOKSACK VALLEY 2
Down two sets to one on the road, the Pioneers came back to win the fourth set, but the Wildcats got hot in the final set to take the match.
Senior Elizabeth DeLange led her team with 17 kills to go with her six digs and four aces, and freshman Allie Reynolds added 12 kills, four digs and two aces.
The back line was also busy as junior Mallory Mason led with 13 digs, and senior Karson Olney finished with 11 digs. Both players also contributed with a pair of aces each.
Sophomore Finley Mitchell had 30 assists in the marathon match, and senior Raegan Burke tied for a team-high with four aces.
MOUNT VERNON 3, BLAINE 0
The Borderites were unable to get things going on the road, as they fell to the Bulldogs 25-12, 25-13 and 25-18.
Senior Livia Weeda had three kills, three digs, three aces and a block to lead Blaine.
Sophomore Caitlin Phelps-McDonald had a team-high seven digs, while she and sophomore Hailey Kruse each had an ace.
