Mount Baker 7, Blaine 4

Already up 2-0 after three innings, the first five Mountaineer batters in the top of the fourth inning got on base and came around to score to push the Mount Baker lead to 7-0. The Borderites combated with three of their own in the bottom of the inning, but was only able to manage one base runner in the final three innings. Mountie senior Ava Jeretzky picked up her Whatcom County leading 13th win of the season, and struck out seven batters on the way. Blaine senior Emersyn Bakker struck out 10 batters but took the loss.

The Lyncs offense was consistently attacking and scored in every inning as Lynden Christian topped the Wildcats on the road. Freshman Roxanne Lenning hit her second homerun of the season, while junior Kassidy VanSoest had three hits, senior Addie DeJong scored three runs and sophomore Taylor Craig finished with three runs batted in. VanSoest also reached double-digits in wins for the second consecutive season by getting victory number 10.

The Pioneers led 2-1 after four innings, but the Trojans rattled off four runs in the top of the fifth and never looked back. Meridian senior Katie Prengaman led her team with three hits and two runs while also striking out nine batters while in the circle. Nooksack Valley senior Lainey Kimball led her team with three hits and three runs scored while Alayna Dykstra and Kestyn Wagter each drove in a pair of runs.

The Storm were unable to get a hit against the conference leading Cubs on the road. Addison Hauber and Keeley Meling both reached base with a walk, and Meling stole a base.
