Vote Here for the 2026 Pepsi Performance of the Week – April 27 – May 2

Here are the nominees in chronological order, and you can vote below for the winner, which will receive a case of Gatorade from Walton Beverage. Voting will end on Wednesday the 29th at 3:00 PM.

  • Emily O’Tool Ferndale girls golf – The junior birdied the final hole on Monday at Lake Padden to win the conference match by one stroke.
  • Ashton Vezzetti – Blaine baseball – On Monday, the senior pitcher struck out 15 batters and also went 2-for-3 at the plate with a double, a run batted in and a walk against Sultan.
  • Campbell DeJongLynden fastpitch – At Mount Vernon, the senior shortstop had two singles, two doubles, a triple, six runs batted in, four runs scored and four stolen bases on Tuesday.
  • Hayden NelsonSqualicum track and field – After breaking the school record in the discus earlier in the season, he bettered his own mark with a heave of 178 feet and 10 inches on Wednesday at Civic Stadium, which is now the 5th longest toss of the discus in Whatcom County history.
  • Ben Leonard – Bellingham baseball – After pitching six scoreless innings against Meridian on Thursday where he struck out seven batters and allowed just two hits, the junior was moved to centerfield in the top of seventh. The Trojans then loaded the bases with one out, and a line drive to center field looked to break the scoreless tie, but Leonard caught the line drive and threw the runner out at the plate to give his team a strong chance to win in the bottom of the inning, which it did.
