The complete package as a football player. He excelled at four different positions. As a quarterback, his leadership abilities and cannon arm were extraordinary, but it was his power as a runner that allowed him to stand out. Not many quarterbacks seek out contact, he loved it! As a wide receiver, he was a great target with soft hands. As a tight end, he could seal off blocks with the best of them, and was a tremendous red zone threat. As an outside linebacker he was equally efficient when rushing the quarterback as well as dropping back in pass coverage. A true competitor that put on a lot of muscle in the offseason, and it showed on the football field. Also, one of the nicest human beings you will ever meet, and then turns into a warrior once he crosses the line onto the football field. He was named All-Conference 1st Team at linebacker, and was named All-Conference 2nd Team at tight end.
