On this day in Whatcom County football history:
2008: Mount Baker senior wide receiver Brett Johnson set the school record with 224 receiving yards in a 22-20 loss to Blaine. Johnson’s school record still stands 12 years later.
2014: Bellingham senior running back Tanner Aliff set the school record with 449 rushing yards in a 47-30 win over Charles Wright. His school record still also stands today.
