ANACORTES – It was another sweep for the Lynden volleyball team, this time it was against Anacortes, 25-23, 25-10 and 25-14 on Saturday afternoon.
Freshman Grace Rice set up her teammates with 36 assists, and senior Faith Baar controlled the middle of the net with six blocks to go along with her 11 kills.
Senior Anna VanderYacht continued her MVP-like season with 15 kills, 16 digs and two aces, which senior Sierra McPhail added six kills.
Freshman libero Mya VanderYacht finished with 14 digs and a pair of aces.
The Lions (7-0) will host Sehome (1-7) on Monday at 7:00.
