The Golden Eagles got on the board first with an early breakaway goal by sophomore Kendall Coleman, and the score remained 1-0 for the rest of the first half.
The Lions were able to tie it up when sophomore Sarah Eyre was able to dribble around multiple defenders and she drilled one into the back corner of the net. Ferndale sophomore Mia Collins then scored on a perfectly placed kick, after being set up on the run by sophomore Hannah Hunh to give the Golden Eagles 2-1 lead.
The lead would then be extended when Coleman scored her second goal of the game with less than five minutes remaining.
Lynden junior Saneha Grewal scored her team’s second goal in the closing minutes on a penalty kick.

Mount Baker 4, Sultan 0
The Mountaineers received a hat trick from speedy sophomore Maci Kammenga, and she was aided by Kalin Neely, who also scored a goal. Assists came from Rian Speidel and Lily Washburn.

Bellingham 3, Lynden Christian 1
Bayhawk Sophia Dionne was in a giving mood as she assisted on all three of her team’s goals to lead them to the road victory. Those who benefited from her were Stella Eltrich, Alli Bailey and Sophie Koch, who each scored a goal for Bellingham. The lone Lyncs goal came from Lexi Yun, which was assisted by Kaelyn Hinton, and the score was tied at 1-1 at the half, before the Bayhawks pulled away in the second half.

Meridian 4, Lakewood 1
It was a huge night for freshman midfielder Ella Kravtsov as she scored all four of her team’s goals to lead the Trojans to the home win. Sophomore Luz Lane had a pair of assists, and Meridian also received assists from junior Mila Kravtsov and freshman Selena DeLaGarza.

Nooksack Valley 3, Granite Falls 0
A pair of goals from Peyton Duque led the Pioneers to the road win. Nooksack Valley also received a goal from Khloe Mora, and have now won two games in a row.

Sehome 4, Oak Harbor 1
The Wildcats took an early 1-0 lead, but the Mariners bounced back when Amaia Reid scored on a goal, which was assisted by Bailey Berreth. A goal by Kate Schroeder put the Mariners on top, and Vivian Moss made sure that Sehome would stay on top as she scored the final two goals of them game, the last one was assisted by Reid.

Squalicum 1, Blaine 1
The Storm led 1-0 at the half as Audri Kiesau scored on a cross from Siri Hoglin, but the Borderites were able to hang in there and tie it up with a goal from Violet Tuttle as both teams settled for the tie.
