Squalicum 5, Lynden Christian 1

The Lyncs scored first when Keenan Deming found Isaac Scott for the goal, but after that it was all Storm. If Maddox Strickland’s goal was to lock in the top spot for the season as the top goal scorer in Whatcom County this season, then he likely accomplished that when he put five into the back of the net against Lynden Christian.

Bellingham 2, Burlington-Edison 0

The Bayhawks jumped out to a quick lead when Matteo Pellecchia scored from close range in the first half, and it was followed up just minutes later by a breakaway goal by Finley Milsten as Bellingham picked up its second shutout win of the week, and third in a row.

Meridian 3, Lakewood 0

The Trojans scored in the first half with a header by Dakota Ng, and two goals in the second half helped propel Meridian to the victory as Adrian Meza scored, and Skyler Rowe’s header was the icing on the cake.

Lynden 3, Ferndale 1

The Lions scored first when Malachi Koenen’s throw-in ended up bouncing over the goalie’s head and into the net, but the Golden Eagles answered back quickly when Ahanu Fasani booted the ball to the back-right corner of the net. Lynden’s Markus Koenen scored on a header, which was thrown in by his brother Malachi, during the first Lion possession of the second half, and Eddie Briseno added a goal on a penalty kick.

Sehome 4, Blaine 0

Keaton Hayes scored a pair of goals to help lead the Mariners to the home win over the Borderites. Alex Langholz also scored, as did Bane Mitchell, which allowed freshman Marcus Conlan to star at goalkeeper where picked up the clean sheet.

Anacortes 4, Nooksack Valley 0

After a strong showing against the Bulldogs on Tuesday, the Pioneers were unable to score on the road against the Seahawks.
