Lynden 1, Nooksack Valley 0

The rain welcomed the Lions and the Pioneers on Thursday and a defensive battle ensued. Lynden sophomore Eddy Briseno scored the lone goal of the game as the Lions snapped their three game losing streak.


Ferndale 2, Sedro-Woolley 1

Senior Katahdin Fasani scored the game-winning goal off a pass from sophomore Andrew Richins late in the game. Fasani also scored the first goal of the game with a header, which was assisted by junior Ryder McClellan.


Squalicum 3, Burlington-Edison 2

The Storm got a pair of goals from senior Simon Egner and another goal from sophomore Cody McCaulley as Squalicum picked up its third conference win in a row.


Sehome 7, Lakewood 0

The Mariners continued their dominating season last night with their win over the Cougars. Senior Matthew MacGregor was in goal and it was his second clean sheet of the week. Senior Noah Allen led the scoring with two goals, and Sehome also got goals from seniors Sam Bell and Noah Berreth, juniors Rudy Zurcher and Liam Schumacher and sophomore Mason Ivcevic.


Meridian 7, Mount Baker 0

Sophomore midfielder Damion Hayes scored three goals while sophomore Carter Nichols and junior Luis Camacho-John each played a half in goal to secure the shutout. The Trojans also got goals from senior Taran Burks as well as sophomores Skyler Rowe, Kevin Alcon-Mendoza and Omar Abdo.


Lynden Christian 2, Blaine 2

The Lyncs received goals from freshman Harvest Howell and senior Jude Decker, and led 2-1 late in the contest, but a late Borderite goal secured the tie for Blaine. Senior Leonardo Blanco and sophomore Wade Lottimer scored for the Borderites.
