I have to be honest… When the season started, I had no idea who Josh Dentel was. I pride myself on knowing almost every player, and having a memory of how they play coming into the next season. A few games into the season I saw the most active nose tackle I had seen in a while that was so incredibly quick off the ball that he would slip through blockers on almost every play. It was Dentel. He jumped off the screen while watching game film. Tackle after tackle behind the line of scrimmage. He was named All-Conference 1st Team at defensive line.
