Mountaineer junior Kennedy Rathjen drove in five runs and sophomore Zaida Haynes drove in four more as Mount Baker rolled to its eighth win in a row. Freshman Kara Welters started at pitcher and picked up her second win of the season, and the Mountaineers were also able to give an inning in the circle to juniors Maddie Jungquist and Alyssa DeRocco as well as Rathjen. The Storm got hits from Gabi Gearhart, Oli Port, Keeley Meling and Emily Alavrez.

Bayhawk leadoff hitter Angelina Bellefeuille did a little bit of everything offensively as she reached base twice, drove two runs in and stole two bases, but it wasn’t enough as the Bulldogs leaned on Bellingham for 18 runs in the second inning alone.
