Senior Isaac Tadema recorded a hat trick to lead the Lions to their third straight win to finish the regular season. Lynden also got goals from sophomores Branden Gonzalez and Ivan Garcia, junior Victor Huaracha and senior Max Jones.
Meridian 9, Granite Falls 1
The offense was clicking on the road for the Trojans who got three goals from senior Taran Burks and a pair of goals from sophomore Skyler Rowe. Meridian also received scores from senior Ryan Rempp, junior Roy Marquez and sophomores Eli Hays and Damion Hayes.
Blaine 6, Mount Baker 0
Borderite senior Leonardo Blanco led the way with a pair of goals as Blaine picked up the shutout on the road. Blaine also got goals from senior Matthew Hayes as well as juniors Blake Koreski and Peregrine Lochridge and sophomore Dmitriy Yuryev.
Lynden Christian 2, Nooksack Valley 1
The Lyncs won a close game on the road to keep their unbeaten streak alive. Senior Jude Decker scored a goal and assisted on the other to help lead his team to the victory. Junior Gunnar Parriera assisted on Decker’s goal, and senior Malachi VanderMey scored the other goal for Lynden Christian. The Pioneers goal came from junior Isaac Lind, which was assisted by junior Brian Ramirez.
