Shumate

LYNDEN 3, SQUALICUM 1

The Storm defeated the Lions in the first set, 25-15, but Lynden came back strong and beat Squalicum in the next three sets, 25-13, 25-21 and 25-16. Sophomore Ashley Shumate continued her dominant season as she totaled 24 kills, 10 digs and three aces. Haylee Koetje also had three aces to go along with her 12 kills. Sophomore libero Mya VanderYacht dug out 12, while setter Grace Rice dished out 37 assists while totaling four kills of her own.

Kamphouse

NOOKSACK VALLEY 3, LAKEWOOD 1

After dropping a close first set 25-22, the Pioneers won big 25-11, 25-13 and 25-17 to move to 7-3 on the season. Hallie Kamphouse had a double-double with 15 kills and 13 digs. Taylor Lentz was strong in the middle with seven kills and a pair of blocks, while Ellie Van Berkum led defensively with 28 digs.
