Parcher

The Lions continued to rampage through their competition, this time with a monstrous win over the 1A power Vikings at home.

Junior guard Finley Parcher hit 13-of-18 from the field for a game-high 29 points to lead Lynden.

Senior forward Payton Mills was 8-of-12 for 17 points, and junior guard Lexi Hermanutz added 15 points and six assists. In fact, 23 of the 33 field goals made by the Lions were assisted.

Senior forward Rian Stephan pulled down a team-high seven rebounds, while Rilanna Newcomb, Aubrey Basart and Jules Slayton all attempted just one deep ball, and they all connected on it.

Schroeder

The swarming defense of the Mariners forced 35 turnovers, which turned into quick points and a big win at home.

Sehome junior Kate Schroeder continued her hot streak from last game as she finished with 24 points, 10 rebounds and six steals, all of which led her team. She also knocked down 5 three-pointers for another team lead.

Bartl

Sophomore guard Taylor Turrell had 11 points, seven rebounds, four steals and she dished out a team-high six assists. Junior forward Elyse Panagos crashed the glass for nine points to go along with her six points.

The Pioneers were led by senior guard Payton Bartl who knocked down four of her seven 3-point attempts before finishing with 16 points. Senior center Grace DeHoog pulled down 17 rebounds, but was held to just four points.

Manning

The Bayhawks started out on fire, and stayed that way as a 20-5 lead after one quarter led to a huge home win.

Bellingham connected on eight of its 13 shots from beyond the three-point line, with five different players connecting from downtown.

Junior forward Merritt Jensen led the way with 13 points, six assists and five rebounds, and sophomore guard Lucy Holland had 12 points, three assists and three steals.

Both Elise Holland and Avery Manning hit both of their shots from deep, and senior center Mary Lockhart added eight points.

It was a struggle for the Golden Eagles on the road as they were held scoreless in the third quarter before succumbing to the Seagulls.

Junior guard Brooklyn Larrabee scored half of her team’s points as she finished with 10, which included a pair of three-pointers.

Junior forward Kayla Lee also knocked down a deep ball, and finished with seven points.
