Davis

Offense was hard to come by in the first half, as the Pioneers held a 13-5 lead at the midway break, but the Trojans caught some momentum late in the third quarter when senior guard Kinsley Neal hit a three-pointer, and followed that up with a pair of free throws, which put the Nooksack Valley lead at 19-14.

Pioneer junior forward Raegan Burke quickly banked in a three-pointer on the following possession to take the momentum back, and Nooksack Valley finished the game on a 20-8 run to take the road victory.

Neal

The return of senior point guard Chayleigh Davis was huge as she led the Pioneers with 12 points and three steals.

Senior center Grace DeHoog finished with eight points and 15 rebounds, and senior guard Natalie VanLiew added eight points, two steals and two blocks.

Meridian was led by junior Eden Bernardy who finished with 10 points, five rebounds and five steals.

Perez

The Storm were down 28-26 going into the final quarter, but their defense held the Bulldogs to just three points over the final eight minutes as Squalicum was able to collect its eighth win in a row.

Sophomore Kailana Perez led the Storm with 14 points and five rebounds on 5-of-9 shooting from the field, as well as a perfect 4-for-4 from the foul line.

Junior guard Lexi Robbins knocked down a trio of three-pointers and finished with 11 points, while freshman center Avery Kettman grabbed five boards and junior guard Colee Harper had three steals.

Lockhart

The Cougars ripped off 27 steals, which led to easy baskets as they led 47-22 at the half before cruising to the road win.

Senior center Mary Lockhart led the Bayhawks with 12 points, five rebounds and two assists.

Junior forward Merritt Jensen grabbed a team-high 12 rebounds, and sophomore guard Lucy Holland added eight points.

Senior forward Isabelle Rogers came off the bench to score four points and collect six rebounds.
