Swanson

The Bayhawks took an early lead, and were up 14-6 after one quarter, but the Trojans played strong in the second half and were able to come back and defeat Bellingham on the road.

The game was tied at 33-33 with a little over three minutes left in the game when Meridian junior forward Maddy Swanson hit a three-pointer, which was followed up by a close-range shot off the glass by sophomore Madyn Cline-Malarz, and the Trojans never looked back after that.

Junior guard Eden Bernardy led the Trojans with 17 points, which included going 8-for-10 at the foul line.

Lockhart

Junior guard Ameila Koning added nine points, and Cline-Malarz finished with eight points and seven rebounds. Swanson led with four steals and junior forward Sierra James grabbed nine offensive rebounds.

The Bayhawks were led by senior center Mary Lockhart who had 22 points, six rebounds and two blocked shots.

Junior forward Merritt Jensen had a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds, and sophomore guard Lucy Holland added six points.

Nyhoff

The Lions held the Pioneers scoreless in both the second quarter and the fourth quarter to finish off the regular season undefeated, while also picking up their 68th straight win.

All-State junior guard Finley Parcher was 7-of-9 from the floor, 2-of-2 from deep and 3-of-3 from the line for a game-high 19 points. She also had nine rebounds, three assists and three steals.

Bartl

Senior guard Reese Nyhoff was also on target as she buried three out of her four attempts from 3-point land, and she finished with 11 points.

Senior forward Payton Mills added nine points, while sophomore guard Izzie Stephan had eight points and six rebounds and senior forward Rian Stephan added eight points and three assists.

Nooksack Valley was led by senior guard Payton Bartl who scored six points on 3-of-4 shooting, and senior center Grace DeHoog who pulled down 11 rebounds.

The Storm completed the regular season with a big home win, where every player that suited up was able to contribute as they led 35-13 at the half before cruising to victory.

Junior forward Addison Kettman led Squalicum with 10 points, six rebounds and six steals, and she was aided by her sister Avery Kettman who finished with 10 points, four rebounds and three steals.

The two also combined to shoot 10-of-15 from the field.

Junior guard Lexi Robbins had eight points and six assists, junior center Blakely Cecka had seven points while draining her lone three-point attempt while Jolie Paz and Colee Harper each had five steals.

Hustle plays got the job done for the Mariners on the road as they totaled 21 offensive rebounds and 18 steals which provided numerous extra possessions, which they took advantage of.

Junior forward Kate Schroeder scored her team’s first seven points over the first three minutes of the game, and she finished with a team-high 16 points to lead the offense.

Leading the defense was junior guard Sadie Gustafson who snagged five steals to go with her eight points, four rebounds and three assists.

Junior guard Taylor Turrell was 4-of-6 from the field for nine points, and junior forward Stella Hogan grabbed a team-high seven rebounds.
