BLAINE 3, BELLINGHAM 2

In a match that had multiple twists throughout, the Borderites outlasted the Bayhawks in five sets, which each team trading wins back and forth in each set.
Blaine was led offensively by senior Ari Johnson who not only had a team-high 16 kills, but also served up a team-high four aces, while also reaching double-digit digs.
Junior Teia Dube added 12 kills while her and senior Paige Dominick each had a pair of aces.

Senior Carly Saunders and junior Livia Weeda each had two blocks, as did Johnson, and senior Ainslee Ellis handed out 32 assists.
Bellingham was led by senior Mary Lockhart who finished with 13 kills, 22 digs and four aces. Fellow senior Jayda Knutsen wasn’t far behind with nine kills, 21 digs and five aces.
Junior libero Bailey Burge had 23 digs and two aces, and junior Lulu Munro finished with 23 assists.
LYNDEN 3, OAK HARBOR 0

The Lions went on the road and enjoyed their 25-14 first set win so much, that they triplicated it with two more wins by the same score.
Junior Finley Parcher finished with a team-high 11 kills, and senior Campbell DeJong added 19 digs and three aces.
Junior Lexi Hermanutz also finished with three aces as senior Rian Stephan had nine kills, seven digs and three blocks, and sophomore Izzie Stephan dished out 24 assists.
MOUNT VERNON 3, MOUNT BAKER 0

Mountaineer senior Kaia Gesmundo led her team with five kills and 10 digs, but it wouldn’t be enough as they Bulldogs won 25-14, 25-11 and 25-22 at home.
Senior Maddi Lewis stuffed the stat sheet with 10 assists, four digs, three kills and 1.5 blocks, and sophomore Laila Porter had nine digs and a team-high three aces.
