LYNDEN CHRISTIAN 3, SQUALICUM 0

The Storm got off to a hot start at home, but after a timeout, the Lyncs fixed a few things and proceeded to sweep Squalicum 25-17, 25-10 and 25-15.
Senior Ella Fritts once again ran a well-balanced offense with 28 assists as attacks were coming from all over the court. Sophomore Tyra Dykstra led with eight kills, and not far behind were senior Alli Wright and junior Jocelyn Eshuis who each had six kills.

LC’s defense was also evident as the Lyncs totaled 12 blocks, with Eshuis leading the way with 4.5.
Squalicum was led by senior Jolie Paz who finished with seven kills and six digs. Senior Archer Burns added six kills, while junior Alyssa Roselli totaled 18 assists and junior Tiana Thompson had 1.5 blocks.
MERIDIAN 3, LAKEWOOD 0

The Trojans won a hard-fought battle in the first set, 25-23, but then got on track and took the next two sets 25-13 and 25-14 against the Cougars on the road.
Sophomore Melanie Short led the offense with 12 kills to go with her six digs, and junior Eden Bernardy finished with eight kills and a team-high 11 digs.
Senior Chloe Bressler dished out 26 assists, and senior Gracie Pap led with three blocks.
