Lockhart

In a night full of sweeps, it was a reverse sweep for the Bayhawks as they lost the first two sets at home 25-9 and 25-19 before taking the next three sets 25-14, 25-16 and 15-8.

Junior Baily Burge led the defense with 23 digs while also picking up three aces.

Sophomore Sonoma Smith had eight kills and 19 digs, and senior Mary Lockhart added six kills, 16 digs, four aces and four blocks.

Senior Jayda Knutsen finished with eight kills and two aces, and junior Lulu Munro totaled 27 assists.

 

SEHOME 3, ANACORTES 0

Winter

The Mariners went on the road and took down the Seahawks in straight sets, 25-14, 25-13 and 25-20.

Senior Anya Winter did a little bit of everything as she finished with eight kills, five aces and 1.5 blocks.

Senior Hayden Niewiadomski led Sehome with 14 kills and 13 digs, while her and sophomore Jillian Parfet each served up four aces.

Senior Makenna Andrews and junior Paige Flory had 11 digs each, and sophomore Taylor Turrell had 30 assists, eight digs, four kills and two aces.

SQUALICUM 3, SEDRO-WOOLLEY 0

Wheeler

The Storm defended their home court, and defeated the Cubs 25-22, 25-20 and 25-11.

Senior Jolie Paz led the offensive attack with 10 kills, while her and fellow senior Gwen Foy each finished with eight digs.

Junior Raegan Wheeler led the Squalicum defense with 10 digs, and senior Hannah Warner had a team-high six aces.

Junior Alyssa Roselli added 24 assists, while junior Tiana Thompson and freshman Avery Kettman combined for 10 kills and four blocks.

 

LYNDEN CHRISTIAN 3, OAK HARBOR 0

Fritts

After a close 25-23 win in set one, the Lyncs cruised in the next two sets to complete the sweep at home, 25-11 and 25-12.

Senior Ella Fritts evenly dispensed the offense, and finished with 31 assists, while also leading the team with seven kills.

Junior Lyla Parriera had team-highs with 12 digs and seven aces, while junior Jocelyn Eshuis picked up six kills and four blocks.
