The Lions got back on the winning side of things as junior Mariah VanderMey scored both goals for her team as Lynden picked up the road win against the Lyncs.

VanderMey now leads the Lions with seven goals on the season.

 

  • Sehome 7, Nooksack Valley 0

The Mariners continued their charge through the Northwest Conference with a big road win over the Pioneers.

Junior Kylie Ivcevic completed her hat trick in the second half after picking up two first-half goals. Junior Vivian Moss also scored two goals.

Sehome also got goals from senior Ryan Boehm and sophomore Briley Valliant.

Senior Keira Reeves had two assists, while the Mariners also received assists from Boehm and well as juniors Ayla Woodworth and Alexis Maldonado.

 

  • Ferndale 3, Blaine 0

The Golden Eagles picked up their eighth win of the season with a shutout win over the Borderites.

Ferndale goals were scored by juniors Kasey O’Neill and Kenzie Dawson, as well as freshman Mia Collins, which was her seventh of the season.

 

  • Bellingham 3, Mount Vernon 0

The Bayhawks spread the scoring out once again as they defeated the Bulldogs on the road for the fourth straight win.

Senior Beckett Ferry scored for Bellingham, as did juniors Ana Rubey and Sophia Dionne.

 

  • Squalicum 6, Meridian 0

The Storm continued their hot streak as they picked up their eighth straight win by taking down the Trojans on the road.

Senior Kiarra Voigt led the way with a pair of goals, while Squalicum also received goals from sophomore Addi Wilson, freshmen Ryla Sabado and Audri Kiesau as well as senior Erin Laidlaw.

 

  • Lakewood 8, Mount Baker 1

The Mountaineers received a goal on a penalty kick from senior Abby Washburn, but it wouldn’t be enough against the visiting Cougars.
