It was a great atmosphere between two city rivals, and the Mariners were able to break through and give the Bayhawks their first loss of the season.
Senior Keira Reeves scored the first goal of the game about five minutes in, and senior Ryan Boehm scored the other two goals, which gives her seven on the season.

Lynden 3, Nooksack Valley 1
Junior Blair Dowdy scored two goals to lead the Lions past the Pioneers on the road. Lynden also received a goal from junior Brooklyn Bourgault.
The lone Nooksack Valley goal came from sophomore Khloe Mora.

Lynden Christian 8, Blaine 0
It was almost a triple hat trick by the Lyncs, who were able to shut out the Borderites at home.
Senior Kayla Yun and sophomore Kaelyn Hinton each scored three goals, and they were joined by junior Nayla Speer who scored twice.

Squalicum 9, Burlington-Edison 3
It was an offensive explosion on the road for the Storm as sophomore Addi Wilson scored four goals in the victory, which gives her a Whatcom County leading nine on the young season.
Senior Ava Simons recorded a hat trick as well, and Squalicum also got goals from sophomore Siri Hoglin and freshman Audri Kiesau.

Ferndale 3, Sedro-Woolley 0
The Golden Eagles secured the clean sheet at home while getting goals from Kayla Washington, Hannah Waslohn and Hannah Huynh.

Meridian 5, Mount Baker 3
The Trojans picked up their first win of the season, and they did it on the road against the Mountaineers. It was back-and-forth throughout, but a constant was freshman Luz Lane who had a hat trick for Meridian. Trojan goals also came from freshmen Maddie Pobran and Andrea Cruz.
Mount Baker senior Abby Washburn scored twice, and she was joined in the scoring column by freshman Kaylee Hulford.
