After a scoreless first half, the Lions were able to find the back of the net three times in the second half on goals from seniors Blaine Holman and Meg Clarke, as well as junior Kyleigh McVie.

 

  • Lynden Christian 5, Meridian 0

The Lyncs got the shutout win on the road behind a hat trick from senior Kayla Yun. Lynden Christian also received goals from Alexi Yun and Hannah Terpstra.

Alexi Yun also had an assist, as did Macy VanCorbach and Estela Segel.

 

  • Ferndale 5, Nooksack Valley 0

Senior forward Hannah Waslohn scored a goal in the first half to get the Golden Eagles on the board, and the scored remained 1-0 throughout the rest of the first half.

Sophomore forward Teghan Ambrose then went on to record a hat trick in the second half, and Ferndale also received a goal from freshman midfielder Mia Collins.

 

  • Anacortes 3, Bellingham 2

Lucy Plenkovich and Averie Riddell scored the first two goals of the game for the Bayhawks, but the Seahawks rallied on the road to score three unanswered goals in the second half, which included the eventual game winner with six minutes left that ricocheted off a Bellingham player.
