In a rare Saturday afternoon conference matchup, the Golden Eagles were down 1-0 early on, but a goal from sophomore Tehgan Ambrose in the closing minutes of the first half tied the game.
Ambrose scored again within the first minute of the second half on a cross from sophomore Liv Luna, and Luna then scored from point-blank range about 15 minutes later to help secure the victory for Ferndale.
