SEATTLE – In the 2A singles bracket, three of the final four competitors were from Whatcom County. Unfortunately for us, it was the fourth competitor that ended up winning the state championship.
Bellingham’s Jacob Kuhn took second place, while Sehome brought home the state championship as a team which was led by Harley Kaiser’s finish in third place and Zach Chai who took sixth place.
The Sehome doubles team of Sean Lane and Christian Leon dropped their opening round match, but battled back to take home eighth place.
