First it was football, and then it was baseball. Last night it was soccer as the Wildcats ended the season for the Lions at Civic Stadium in the consolation round of the 2A district tournament. Lynden got on the board first a little more than halfway through the first half when Malachi Koenen scored on a header off a free kick from Eddie Briseno, but Archbishop Murphy was able to score the final two goals to gain the lead and eventually win the game. The Lions finished their season with a record of 11-6-3.
