The Bayhawks got on the scoreboard first when Taylor Watts scored a powerful goal, but the Lions answered when Hale Van Dyk broke through to score off a corner kick.

Pioneer senior Tyrel Johnson scored two goals to lead the Pioneers to victory. Nooksack Valley also got quick goals in the first half from freshman Arien Anker and senior Saul Padilla-Mendez. The Mountaineers got on the board first with a goal by Brayden Richardson on a free kick from 25 yards out. The second half was scoreless as both teams traded multiple shots on goal. Mount Baker’s season came to an end, and the Pioneers will now face Meridian at Blaine High School on Wednesday at 7:30.
