James

It was another well-rounded game for the Blackhawks who bounced back after taking a loss on the road at Lynden Christian on Saturday night.

All five starters scored in double-digits with senior point guard Jerome Toby leading the way with 17 points, seven assists and five steals. He also made seven of his nine field goal attempts.

Junior forward Deandre James powered home 12 points and six rebounds, and senior center Chayce Waite-Kellar added 11 points, six boards, three steals and three blocks.

Junior guards Landon LaFontaine and Dyson Edwards each finished with 10 points as LaFontaine also had five assts and three steals, while Edwards finished with six rebounds and six assists.

Junior forward Gregory Hawk came off the bench to add four assists, three rebounds, two steals and two blocks.

Pazaski

The Golden Eagles picked up their first win of the season, and they did it on the road in convincing fashion as they chipped away a little bit each quarter before doubling up the Tomahawks in the final period.

Senior forward Mantaj Singh shot 10-of-19 from the field as he led Ferndale with 23 points, while also grabbing nine rebounds and executing four assists.

Sophomore guard Tracen Pazaski had a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds to go with his five assists and four steals.

Sophomore guard Houston Wills pumped in 12 points and senior guard Kaveer Dhillon added 11 points as the Golden Eagles connected on 10 shots from outside the three-point line.

Hintz

After a closely played first quarter, the Lyncs turned it on in the second quarter behind a quintuplet of three-pointers which allowed Lynden Christian to carry a 44-28 lead at the half.

The Bayhawks cut the lead to just 10 points going into the fourth quarter, but the Lyncs snapped off another 20-spot in the final period to grab the road win.

Junior guard Dawson Hintz nailed three of his six deep balls, and finished with a game-high 26 points and two dunks, but it was more than just his prolific offense that was on display. He also grabbed nine steals and seven rebounds.

VanHofwegen

Junior guard Gunnar Dykstra knocked down four 3-pointers and finished with 22 points.

Bellingham senior forward Joe Harward led his team with 17 points, and junior guard Calvin VanHofwegen chipped in with 14 points.

Senior guard Cyrus Campos added eight rebounds, and senior center Barrett Johnson blocked five shots.

Adams

The Cougars hit 12 three-pointers and turned the ball over just nine times at home against the Lions, and that combination did the job as Lakewood picked up the huge conference win.

Senior forward Spencer Adams‘s 28 points and nine rebounds were impressive, but not enough as Lynden came up just short.

Sophomore guard Jayden Navarre finished with 10 points, while senior guard Brody Price scored nine points and junior guard Malachi Koenen added eight points.

The Tigers clawed their way to an early lead, and secured it the rest of the way on the road.

Senior forward Landon Melton scored 13 points to lead the Borderites. He also had three steals and two blocks.

Junior center Gus Dickson grabbed a team-high 12 rebounds to go with his eight points and two blocks, while senior guards Milo Dahl and Daniel Banks each finished with nine points. Dahl connected on three of his four shots from beyond the arc.
