Sedro-Woolley took a 6-4 lead in the top of the seventh after hitting a homerun, but Ferndale answered in the bottom of the seventh when Fredy Caetano came in to pinch hit and he reached on an error, which scored Carson Brown. Another error in the following at bat allowed Nolan Boleak to come around and score the tying run. Neither team was able to push across a run over the next four innings, and in the bottom of the 12th Fenton Vasak and Joe Bense began the inning with back-to-back walks. That was followed up by a single to center field by Chance Hatchett which scored Vasak from second base for the walk-off win.
